Drybar Blowout Salon Coming to Bridgeland Village Green in Cypress
Bridgeland residents will soon have a new spot to get event-ready without leaving the neighborhood.
Drybar, the popular blowout-only hair salon brand, is planning a new location at Bridgeland Village Green Central Retail, located at 20115 Bridgeland Creek Parkway, Suite 200, in Cypress. The project is scheduled to begin construction on March 1, 2026, with completion expected by June 1, 2026.
The $285,000 renovation will transform approximately 1,180 square feet into a fully finished salon space designed specifically for Drybar’s streamlined, styling-focused concept.
What Is Drybar?
Founded in 2010 by hairstylist Alli Webb, Drybar built its brand around a simple idea: focus exclusively on blowouts — no cuts, no color — just professional washing, blow-drying and styling.
That focused approach helped the company grow from a single Los Angeles storefront into a nationally recognized beauty brand. Today, Drybar operates more than 150 locations across the United States and has expanded well beyond its salon chairs.
In addition to its in-store services, Drybar has developed a full line of professional haircare products and styling tools designed to help clients recreate their blowouts at home. The brand’s product collection includes shampoos, conditioners, dry shampoos, volumizing sprays, finishing sprays and heat protectants, along with its signature yellow blow dryers, curling irons, flat irons and styling brushes.

Many of these products are sold not only in Drybar salons but also through major retailers such as Ulta Beauty and Sephora, helping the company build a national following that extends beyond its physical locations.
The concept remains centered on convenience and consistency. Clients choose from a menu of signature blowout styles — each playfully named after cocktails — and appointments typically last about 45 minutes. The goal is simple: walk in, relax for a bit, and walk out styled and ready.
A New Addition to Bridgeland Village Green
The upcoming Cypress location will be situated within Bridgeland Village Green, the mixed-use retail and dining hub that serves as a gathering point for one of the region’s fastest-growing master-planned communities.
As Bridgeland continues to expand with new homes, schools, restaurants and retail, service-based businesses like Drybar often follow population growth. The salon’s arrival adds another lifestyle-focused amenity within walking or short driving distance for many local residents.
Drybar already has a presence in the Greater Houston area, with existing locations in markets such as The Woodlands, Rice Village, Uptown Houston, and other high-traffic retail districts. The Bridgeland location will extend the brand’s footprint deeper into northwest Harris County, giving Cypress-area clients a closer option.
Meeting Growing Demand in Cypress
Cypress has seen steady residential and commercial growth over the past decade, particularly along the US 290 corridor and within communities like Bridgeland, Towne Lake and Fairfield. As new rooftops come online, demand increases for everyday conveniences — including salons and personal care services located close to home.

The Bridgeland Drybar project brings a tenant finish renovation within an existing retail space. Construction is expected to move quickly, with a three-month buildout planned before opening.
For residents who currently drive to Houston or The Woodlands for Drybar appointments, the new Cypress location may soon offer a shorter trip — especially ahead of weddings, school events, professional gatherings and weekend outings.
What Happens Next
Construction is scheduled to begin in early March 2026, with completion anticipated by June 1, 2026. An official grand opening date has not yet been announced.
As Bridgeland Village Green continues to fill in with retail and service tenants, additions like Drybar signal the area’s continued maturation into a full-service community hub.
