Deed Restriction of the Month - Fences
It’s fence replacement time of year! Fences look great when they are new but as you know they can fall into disrepair from weather or accidents. It is important to maintain your fences and repair them in a timely manner. Or replace them in a timely manner if they are to old to be repaired. Just remember the ACC form must be filled out and submitted BEFORE you start the work. The link to the deed restrictions and the ACC form at both located in this newsletter under governing documents. There are very specific guidelines regarding materials, height and placement of fences so cannot stress strongly enough to look them up as mentioned above before you do anything else.
