Cy-Woods High School Sophomore Named CFISD Student of the Week
Cypress Woods High School sophomore Avery Brown is applauded by her teachers for being a big help to her fellow students.

Accomplishments: Brown is an honor roll student and her teacher, Jason Blevins, shares that she is a vital part of the Adaptive P.E. class as she volunteers to help LIFE Skills students. Brown is on time every day, builds great relationships with her fellow students and helps lead activities during class.

Ambition: “Helping people with special needs. I want to graduate and become a teacher or a director of a school with students with special needs.”

What inspires you?: “My sister and Jesus.”
