Cy-Fair ISD Names New Principal for Cypress Falls High School
Kyle Parsons, associate principal at Cypress Falls High School, was named the principal of Cypress Falls on Nov. 12. Parsons replaces Becky Denton, who will retire in December.
Parsons has 18 years of experience in education, all of which have been in CFISD. He began his career as a math teacher at Cypress Springs High School in 2006 and later was promoted to CFISD math curriculum coach, where he served from 2009-2012.

Parsons went to Cypress Falls High School in 2012 and served as assistant principal until 2015 when was promoted to his current position as associate principal.
Parsons earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from St. Gregory’s University in Shawnee, Oklahoma, and his Master of Education in Educational Administration from Prairie View A&M University.

The Cypress Falls community holds a very special place in my heart, as well as in the hearts of our dedicated staff. I am humbled by this opportunity to continue building on the legacy of excellence that has been created here at Cy Falls, a legacy of fostering high levels of student success, both in and beyond the classroom.
