CHRISTMAS DECORATING CONTEST
Please note that Christmas decorating contest selection will be held on Saturday and Sunday, December 17th & 18th. There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner. Keep this important date on your calendar of events.
COPPERFIELD PLACE HOA BOARD MEETING
We will be conducting our Bi-monthly HOA Board Meeting Monday, January 30th. We will still be conducting it as a virtual meeting. You will receive a notice thru the portal or your email with the sign on link and time.
CPV /HOA COMMUNICATION

GFL TRASH SERVICES HAVE YOU PAID FOR YOUR TRASH SERVICE?
IT WILL NOT BE PICKED UP IF UNPAID!!!
This is a quarterly service and you should be billed quarterly! GFL has been our service company for over a year. Trash days will be Tuesdays and Thursdays. For any issues call 281-368-8397 or 713-539-9075.
CPV ASSESSMENTS
As you know, our yearly assessments will be due by January 1st and delinquent after February 1st. The statement was mailed out mid November. If you did not receive it, you can obtain it from the portal website and pay it online. Again, contact Chaparral Management (SCS) if you have any questions regarding this matter.
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW /DEED RESTRICTIONS
DO NOT build structures, patios, pools , paint, or make changes to your home without contacting and sending in for approval of the ARC . PLEASE contact management or go into the portal to submit for approval.
