Copperbrook HOA Annual Meeting Scheduled for November 18

The Copperbrook Homeowners Association’s Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held at Charles W. Austin Park, located at 8515 Willancy Ln, Houston, TX, 77095 (Weather Permitting). It is important that you return your proxy and ballot by November 16, 2023, by 5:00 pm in order to establish quorum.
Please make sure you bring your own chairs and/or refreshments since the meeting will be held outside.

We must have your proxy/absentee ballot signed and returned by 5:00 pm on November 16, 2023 by one of the following methods:

A quorum MUST be met in order to conduct business. Copperbrook HOA quorum is 10%, which is a total of 29 owners. If you are mailing in your proxy, please be mindful of the time-frame and that we must have it in the office no later than November 16 at 5:00 pm. Please spread the word and encourage your neighbors to return their signed proxy as soon as possible!
