Conserving Water During Drought
As many of you may have noticed that we are still in a severe drought, and our M.U.D. 102 has asked all of us to try to conserve water. Some of the simple ways are to adhere to the outdoor watering days set by the M.U.D. – Odd-numbered addresses to - water on Tuesdays and Saturdays, even numbered addresses on Wednesdays and Sundays; and not to water between 6:00 am and 10:00 am or 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm; set sprinklers to water lawn to minimize runoffs to the street. Water is a very valuable resource and when drought continues, situation can only be remedied by nature.
