MONTHLY MEETINGS
Our monthly HOA meetings are held in the MUD building on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7 PM. Signs are also placed at the entrance/exit of our neighborhood as well as a reminder on Nextdoor.com. WE CURRENTLY HAVE 1 OPEN POSITION ON THE BOARD. If you’d like to be more involved we are always looking for volunteers when we have events!

REMINDER
Our HOA fees are officially due! Do not wait until you start accruing late fees as they will not be waived. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE. Our HOA fees pay for fun events, prizes, pool entry, our wonderful park and much much more! If you are curious to see how we budget please join us at one of our monthly HOA meetings.
