Meet Vincent Mendez, this month's Public Safety Officer!
Mendez was recognized as the Public Safety Officer of the Month by the Greater Area Chamber of Commerce at the First Friday Luncheon on September 1. As the City of Tomball's Lead Mechanic, Mendez has done a fantastic job assuring that all vehicles including police, fire, and public works are ready for our day-to-day operations and anything else that the City must take on, especially during this extreme heat.
Mendez can also be found at Tomball festivals and events leading the charge to maintain safety and cleanliness for all to enjoy. For 2022-2023, Mendez was honored as the Public Works Employee of the Year for his outstanding performance as a dedicated Public Servant to our Community.
