Champions Park Treasurer’s Update: Planning Ahead
The Champions Park Homeowners Association has announced that annual assessment statements for 2026 will be mailed between mid-November and December. While it is not yet confirmed whether there will be an increase, the Board of Directors is permitted to raise the dues by a maximum of 5%. If the Board votes for the full allowable increase, the new amount would be $656.25. A final decision will be made later this year.
The payment deadline is December 31, 2025, with a grace period extending until January 30, 2026. Many residents choose to make early payments to ease the impact of the end-of-year expense.
