Starting Salary (with no experience)

Up to $73,964.80*

(dependent upon experience)

*Salary dependent on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a U.S. Citizen
High School Diploma or certified GED
Must hold a valid Peace Officer License from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Must meet all TCOLE requirements for initial licensure

Competitive Salary
All Equipment Provided
Master TCOLE — $5,000
Advanced TCOLE — $3,000
Intermediate TCOLE — $2,000
Master’s Degree — $3,200
Bachelor’s Degree — $2,000
Associate’s Degree — $1,200
Bilingual pay — $1,800
Field Training Officer Pay- $30/ per day, each day an FTO trains
Paid for previous LE experience
Up to 4 weeks Paid Vacation (Dependent on experience)
Overtime Opportunities
Outside extra employment approved
