Bringing Back the Beauty: A Call to Action for Yorktown Colony Residents

Bringing Back the Beauty: A Call to Action for Yorktown Colony Residents

June 04 2024

In recent months, there has been a concerning trend emerging in our beloved Yorktown Colony neighborhood. Some homeowners have allowed their yards to become overgrown with weeds and tall grass, giving rise to a less-than-ideal appearance in our community. What was once a vibrant and well-maintained neighborhood is now facing a challenge that affects us all.

With a collective effort and a positive outlook, we can restore the beauty and charm of our neighborhood to its former glory.

It's time to roll up our sleeves and take action. Let's come together to show pride in our community by tending to our yards and green spaces. By maintaining our properties, we not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of Yorktown Colony but also uphold the value of our homes.

To address this issue, PMG Property Managers have implemented a force mow policy. If after receiving 2 warnings, a homeowner still refuses to mow and clean up their yard, PMG will have the yard mowed and charge the homeowner $75. This proactive measure aims to ensure that every homeowner contributes to the upkeep of their property. After all, a well-kept yard is not only a source of pride for the homeowner but also a reflection of our collective commitment to maintaining a high standard of living in our neighborhood.

So, let's work together to turn the tide on this epidemic of neglected yards. If you receive a warning from PMG Property Managers, take it as an opportunity to make a positive change. Let's strive to keep Yorktown Colony looking beautiful for generations to come.

Remember, we are all in this together. Together, we can overcome any challenge and create a vibrant, thriving community that we can all be proud of. Let's reclaim the beauty of Yorktown Colony, one yard at a time!
