Blue Bell Debuts New Strawberry Toaster Pastry Ice Cream
Blue Bell Creameries has introduced a sweet twist on a classic breakfast favorite with its latest flavor, Strawberry Toaster Pastry Ice Cream. Starting January 23, 2025, the new flavor is available in pint-sized cartons at all locations where Blue Bell products are sold. This limited-time offering arrives just in time for National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day on February 1.
The new Strawberry Toaster Pastry Ice Cream combines creamy vanilla ice cream with strawberry pastry pieces, colorful confetti sprinkles, and swirls of strawberry sauce and white icing.

“Our new Strawberry Toaster Pastry will wake up your taste buds,” said Joe Robertson, executive director of advertising and marketing for Blue Bell. “We have combined so many delicious flavors in a pint-sized carton. The smooth vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce complement the pastry pieces perfectly. The confetti pieces and icing swirl add a subtle sweetness to every bite.”
This fun and nostalgic flavor is perfect for breakfast-inspired indulgence or anytime enjoyment. Robertson also suggested pairing the new Strawberry Toaster Pastry Ice Cream with Blue Bell’s Java Jolt Ice Cream for a creative way to celebrate National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day.

In addition to the new flavor, Blue Bell has brought back its beloved Tin Roof Ice Cream, now available in half-gallon cartons.
