Bear Creek Pool Schedules for 2024 Announced
As summer approaches, Bear Creek Village residents can look forward to a refreshing and enjoyable swim season ahead. The Bear Creek Homeowners Association (HPCA) has announced important details and changes for the upcoming season, ensuring residents have a safe and memorable experience at the pools.
New Registration Process
This year, there will be no wristbands for pool access. Instead, residents are required to register online. Keep an eye out for an email containing registration information coming soon. Access to the pools will be granted upon full payment of all assessments and assessment-related fees.
Pool Locations and Hours
Two pools, Fairway Pool located at 4702 Hidden Springs, and Wightman Pool at 15918 Boulder Oaks, will be open to residents throughout the swim season.
- Fairway Pool will open weekends in May starting May 4th and 5th, with regular summer hours commencing on May 24th until Sunday, August 11th.
- Wightman Pool will open its doors on May 24th with hours from 11 am to 7 pm.
Both pools will be closed for maintenance on specific days, with Fairway Pool closed on Mondays and Tuesdays except for Memorial Day, and Wightman Pool closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays except for July 4th.
Pool Management and Activities
The pool management company for Bear Creek Village is Aquatic Advisors. All pool parties, swim lessons, and aerobic classes will be scheduled through Aquatic Advisors, not HPCA. Residents can find more information and access swim programs by visiting the Aquatic Advisors website.
Friendly Reminder
While HPCA aims to provide a fun and relaxing summer for all residents and guests, please note that inappropriate behavior at the pool or tennis court will not be tolerated. The board of directors reserves the right to ban individuals from both pools for the season if necessary, upon the occurrence of aggressive or unacceptable behavior.
