Your annual fees of $370 were due on January 1, 2020, and were delinquent on February 1, 2020. Unless you made arrangements for a payment plan with Preferred Management late fees will begin to accumulate.
- DO NOT ignore notifications from Preferred Management.
- Late fees, penalties and interest on amounts add up quickly. If you ignore them, legal fees will also be added.
- Pool/recreation access will not be given to homeowners with delinquent HOA fees.
