Airi Ramen & Sushi Expands to Fulshear with New Location in Jordan Ranch
Airi Ramen & Sushi, known for its traditional Japanese cuisine, is preparing to open a new restaurant in Fulshear, Texas. The new location will be situated at 29911 Jordan Crossing Blvd, Suite 600, in the Jordan Ranch development.
This new expansion marks another milestone for the brand, which has established a strong presence across the Greater Houston Area with locations in Katy, New Caney, Cypress, Baytown, and Spring. Airi Ramen & Sushi is known for its authentic ramen dishes made from scratch, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. The restaurant’s signature tonkotsu broth, a rich, flavorful broth boiled for 16 hours, is just one of many offerings that have made the brand a local favorite.
In addition to ramen, the menu features a variety of Asian-inspired dishes, such as bao, fried rice, katsu (panko-breaded fried chicken cutlets), and fresh poké bowls with tuna, shrimp, or salmon. With such a diverse menu, Airi Ramen & Sushi continues to bring a taste of Japan to Texans, catering to both casual diners and food enthusiasts.

Construction of the new Fulshear location will begin in mid-February 2025, with the interior build-out expected to be completed by mid-August 2025. Once open, this new location will serve as an exciting addition to the growing culinary scene in the area.
In addition to bringing traditional Japanese flavors to locals, Airi Ramen & Sushi is committed to giving back to the community, with 1% of their monthly revenue donated to nonprofit organizations that provide meals to those in need.
