Williamsburg Settlement Residents Reminded to Submit 2026 HOA Dues as Community Welcomes New Year
As the new year begins, Williamsburg Settlement homeowners are reminded that the annual maintenance assessment is now due. The 2026 HOA fee is $825 per home and supports a wide range of essential neighborhood services that help maintain the quality, safety, and beauty of the community.
Dues can be conveniently paid online through Crest Management, the community’s management company, at crest-management.com/payassessments. Residents are encouraged to submit payment promptly to avoid any late fees or disruption in service.
In addition to this important annual reminder, the neighborhood also kicks off the new year with a transition in pool management. Starting January 1, 2026, Sweetwater Pools will officially take over management of the Williamsburg Settlement pool, bringing fresh oversight to one of the community’s most beloved amenities.
This year’s maintenance assessment reflects the first increase since 2020, a decision made after careful financial review by the Williamsburg Settlement Board of Directors. As previously shared in the community's September 2025 update, the increase was necessary to address rising operational costs, including the renewal of the trash contract and escalating insurance premiums.

The 2026 HOA budget outlines how each homeowner’s contribution supports the shared spaces and services that define Williamsburg Settlement living. These include:
- Trash and Recycling Services: $241,956
- Pool Operations and Maintenance: $61,207
- Landscaping and Groundskeeping: $45,675
- Street and Facility Lighting: $48,968
- Security Enhancements (including license plate readers): $25,000
- Insurance Coverage: $34,050
- Community Events, Decorations, and Welcoming Committee Support: $3,000+
- Reserve Fund Contributions: $104,616
In total, the 2026 budget anticipates expenses of $662,608, including capital reserve allocations. While a modest operating shortfall of $16,180 is expected, the Board has approved the use of reserve funds to offset the difference—demonstrating continued fiscal responsibility while prioritizing service continuity.
HOA dues do more than fund basic services. They support the things that make Williamsburg Settlement a great place to call home—from well-maintained parks and facilities to the festive holiday lights and neighborhood events that bring residents together.
As Williamsburg Settlement ushers in 2026, the Board of Directors would like to extend warm wishes for a safe, joyful, and neighborly New Year. Thank you to all residents for your continued support and shared investment in the community’s future.
