Westheimer Lakes South to Host Santa's Holiday Ride-Along on December 5
Families in Westheimer Lakes South can expect a joyful surprise this Friday, December 5, as Santa Claus brings the magic of the North Pole directly to their streets—courtesy of Fulshear Simonton Fire Department.
Departing the fire station around 6 p.m. (weather permitting), Santa will be riding aboard a festive firetruck and making his way through the neighborhood. On the morning of the event, residents can view the Santa Tracker and map of his route via the fire department’s social media page.

This fun and festive tradition brings neighbors together and allows kids to enjoy a glimpse of Santa just days before Christmas. Waving from porches and sidewalks, families can soak in the spirit of the season as Santa and his first responder team light up the night.
The visit is part of a larger community engagement effort from Fort Bend County ESD 4, which serves Fulshear, Simonton, and surrounding neighborhoods. If you’re in Westheimer Lakes South, make sure to step outside and enjoy this hometown holiday tradition!
