You should have received the annual dues invoice from Spectrum Association Management for your 2024 dues. In that notice, you will see that the dues remained the same as last year $480.00. Additionally, you should have received a copy of the 2024 budget summary which shows the expected expenditures for 2024. To help ensure the financial health of the Westfield HOA, assessments are due by January 1st, 2024 and are delinquent on February 1st, 2024.
If you are unable to pay them in full by February 1st 2024, we encourage you to reach out beforehand to the Spectrum property manager, Mandy Johnson at majohnson@spectrumam.com or 832-500-2232 to discuss a payment plan or other options to avoid late fees and attorney fees. By doing this, you will save a lot of money on attorney fees.
Westfield HOA Board of Directors would very much like avoid sending any accounts to the attorney for collections, as it can get very, very expensive, very quickly. An initial assessment of $480.00 can turn into thousands of dollars within months if the homeowner does not act beforehand to make alternative payment arrangements. Your Board of Directors is committed to do all we can to help you avoid extra fees, but the HOA’s expenses depend on collecting the community assessments.
