Volunteers Needed
The NCCIA board of directors is asking for one person to volunteer to review architectural applications – the form homeowners fill out when they are going to make exterior changes to their homes. We have two people who currently review the applications, and one of them is moving out of our neighborhood.
During slower times, you would have to review a handful of applications each month. In busier months, it would be twice as many. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of construction and home design, but it is absolutely not a requirement. This is not a position on the board.
