Owned by longtime Fulshear residents Evelyn and Michael Martin, Vino Veritas combines a deep appreciation for fine wine with a commitment to supporting their local community. The Martins, who also own Martin Mortgage and have helped numerous families settle into their dream homes in the area, bring a wealth of experience and passion to the world of wine. Having traveled extensively and explored vineyards across the globe, they’ve cultivated a strong admiration for small family-owned wineries and unique, lesser-known varietals. These discoveries form the backbone of the wine list at Vino Veritas, which features wines from both renowned and obscure vineyards from around the world.
“We’ve had the privilege of meeting the families behind these vineyards, learning their stories, and experiencing the passion that goes into every bottle,” said Michael. “Each wine we offer at Vino Veritas is a story—a journey that starts with the land and ends in the glass. It’s all about authenticity and quality.”
The wine selection at Vino Veritas reads like a world tour of winemaking. The wine bar is open Wednesday through Saturday, with varying hours: Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Thursday from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Vino Veritas is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, giving guests plenty of time to plan their visits during the week.
