The My Neighborhood News Live Beats Katy series is brought to you in part by Maria Harrington of Katy Area/West Houston Music and spotlights local bands and venues in Katy. Katy Area/West Houston Music is a public Facebook group that brings local musicians together to share information about their upcoming gigs, collaborate and support one another. 


This weekend, the Katy area will once again become a haven for music lovers. Immerse yourself in the magic of live music as local and visiting artists take the stage at venues big and small. From the cozy corners of intimate cafés to the grandeur of a main stage, each spot offers a unique atmosphere for soaking up melodies that resonate with the soul. Whether you're into heart-thumping rock, soulful jazz, or catchy pop, Katy's live music scene promises unforgettable moments and melodies that linger long after the weekend is over.
