The Dessert Cafe Brings a Sweet New Addition to Houston's Copperfield Area
The Copperfield area is set to welcome a fresh addition to its dining options as The Dessert Cafe announces its soft opening on September 3, 2024. This latest venture is the brainchild of the founders of Any Mini Dessert Cakes, Tammy Allen and Jasmine Moore, a mother-daughter team with a long-standing passion for baking.
The Dessert Cafe will be located at 7520 Cherry Park Dr. Suite B, near the intersection of Highway 6 and Longenbaugh, providing an engaging atmosphere where patrons can savor a variety of sweet and savory offerings. The menu extends beyond desserts to include hearty sandwiches, soups, and artisanal coffee, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.
Among the standout offerings are the signature 'Crumbs in a Jar', Gourmet Sandwiches, Hearty Soups, and Specialty Cakes. 'Crumbs in a Jar' is a unique dessert that combines diverse flavors and textures in a portable format, ideal for a quick treat or a considerate gift. The diverse sandwich line-up includes 'The Double Down', 'The Alternate', 'The Tunawich', and 'The Grilled Cheese', which are all freshly made with premium ingredients. The cafe also offers a daily selection of soups, handcrafted beverages made from locally roasted beans and custom cakes for all occasions.

The opening of The Dessert Cafe will be commemorated with a soft opening event. The celebration is slated for 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the 3rd of September, with guests being treated to complimentary tastings, music, exclusive discounts, and special gift bags for the first 15 customers.
Operating hours for the cafe are Tuesday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
