Texas Furniture Hut to Close Katy and Cypress Stores, Launches Liquidation Sale
After 23 years in business, Texas Furniture Hut, a family-owned furniture retailer, has announced it will permanently close its locations in Katy and Cypress. A final liquidation sale begins February 1, offering steep discounts on high-end furniture, mattresses, and home accessories.
Founded in 2002 by Amir Burghli, Texas Furniture Hut established a reputation for offering luxury furniture at competitive prices. Over the years, the business expanded from a small mechanics shop in Humble into two large showrooms serving the Houston area.
“What began as a dream grew into something far greater than I could have imagined,” said Burghli. “My family and I are proud of the lasting relationships we’ve built with our customers, and we want to thank everyone who supported us throughout the years.”
