Lakemont is a non-gated community, and all of the streets within the community are public access roads governed by traffic laws that are enforced by Fort Bend County.
In accordance with the Association’s Deed Restrictions, Residents of Lakemont are instructed to park their vehicles either inside their garages or on their driveways. Residents should not park their vehicles on the streets for more than 48 hours. Click “HERE” to submit report.
Emergency Vehicles
Please also keep in mind that when cars are parked on the street, it may hinder emergency vehicles from getting through. Although you may be able to squeeze your car between two parked cars, an ambulance or fire truck is much wider making it much more difficult.
