If you see a street light out on your street or your neighborhood, you can report it to Center Point Energy. By calling: 713-207-2222 and follow the prompts. You will need the following to information:
- Pole number located about 7 feet from the bottom of the pole (see example in the above picture.)
- The address that corresponds with the pole. If there is not one, note the corner streets.
- Once you report the outage you will receive a tracking number. The light should be repaired within 3 business days.
