Santa Returns to Katy Mills Mall: A Cherished Holiday Tradition for Katy Families
The magic of the holidays is officially on its way to Katy Mills Mall, as Santa Claus makes his much-anticipated return for the season. Starting Thursday, November 14, 2025, families from across the Katy area are invited to visit the jolly man in red as part of the Simon Santa Photo Experience—an annual tradition that continues to bring smiles, snapshots, and a little holiday sparkle to kids and grown-ups alike.
Set up in Neighborhood 6 near American Eagle Outfitters, the photo experience runs through December 24, with varying hours each week. Reservations are encouraged to help avoid long waits, especially as the big day gets closer.

Pet Photos with Santa – Sunday, November 23 | 6:30–8:00 PM
Because pets are part of the family too! Bring your leashed furry friend for a one-of-a-kind holiday photo.
Storytime & Cookies with Santa – Saturday, December 6 | 2:00–3:00 PM
Kids are invited to gather behind the Santa set for a reading of ’Twas the Night Before Christmas. The first 50 children will enjoy cookies and hot cocoa.
