Primark to Open Second Houston Location at Willowbrook Mall in 2026

Construction on the new store is already underway, with the $7.46 million interior renovation project expected to be completed by February 2026.
Located at 3000 Willowbrook Mall Road, Suite B, in Houston, the new store will occupy an impressive 43,640 square feet inside a former anchor retail space. The scope of work includes a full tenant interior fit-out, complete with new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP), interior partitions, upgraded finishes, and enhancements to the store's interior mall entrance.
This major renovation reflects Primark’s continued U.S. expansion strategy, which aims to bring the brand’s globally popular fashion and home goods to more American families. The new Willowbrook Mall location is poised to become a retail destination for shoppers from Cypress, Tomball, Spring, and Northwest Houston looking for budget-friendly yet stylish apparel and home accessories.
