Pluckers Wing Bar in Katy Set to Open in Spring 2025
Pluckers Wing Bar, the popular Texas-based chain known for its bold flavors, delicious wings, and vibrant atmosphere, is bringing its signature dining experience to Katy, Texas, with a new location set to open at 19302 Katy Freeway, Suite 1, Katy, TX 77084, near Tim Hortons and CAVA, in early spring 2025. The Katy restaurant will be Pluckers' eighth location in the Greater Houston area, marking a significant expansion into one of the nation's fastest-growing communities.

The new Katy location will feature the same wide variety of popular menu items that have made Pluckers a local favorite across Texas, including its famous wings, which come in a range of flavors from mild to fiery hot, like Jamango Jerk, Honey BBQ and Spicy Garlic Parmesan. The menu also offers a selection of appetizers like fried pickles, dressed potato chips and cheese fries, alongside delicious sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and fresh salads.
Pluckers Wing Bar was founded in 1995 by Mark Greenberg, Dave Paul, and Sean Greenberg, who began the business in Austin, Texas, as a college experiment to satisfy late-night cravings for wings. After a successful debut at the Silver Spurs Chili Cook-Off, Pluckers expanded quickly, growing from a single location to more than 30 restaurants nationwide. Today, Pluckers is widely recognized as one of the top sports bars and wing restaurants in the United States, with accolades such as ESPN's "Top 5 Sports Bars in North America" and USA Today's "Top 10 Wing Restaurants."
