New Trash Service

New Trash Service

December 29 2022

Trash service is now provided through your annual assessment. Membership approved the increase to the annual assessment on November 4, 2022, to be included in the annual assessment, eliminating the need for you to pay the trash service quarterly, directly to the service provider.

Your new service provider is Direct Waste Solutions, Inc. For service issues contact them at 713-635-2500 or email at info@directwastesolutions.com.

Place bagged trash in trash containers with tight fitting lid (required) at curbside, near the corner of the driveway at least three feet away from any obstruction (fence, lamp, vehicle, or mailbox). The container must be at the curb side by 6:00 am on regularly scheduled collection day.
