NAM Behavioral Health Offering Yoga for Kids
Northwest Assistance Ministries' Behavioral Health Department is now offering Yoga for Kids every Saturday morning. Classes in English and Spanish start at 10:00 am for ages 5-11 and at 11:00 am for ages 12-15.
Early reviews are very complimentary. "I feel like my mind is all together again, in one place." Said a 9 year old participant.
