Katy Manor HOA Seeks Candidate for Board Vacancy; Forms Due October 26
Katy Manor Residential Community has one vacancy on its Board of Directors and is seeking homeowners interested in being considered for appointment. The selected homeowner will serve the remainder of the unexpired term, through the community's 2027 Annual Meeting.
Completed candidate forms must be received by noon Monday, October 26, 2026. This is a receipt deadline: sending a form on Monday does not meet the requirement unless Crest Management receives it by noon.
How to apply for the Katy Manor board vacancy
The Solicitation of Candidates and Board Vacancy Candidate Information Form are posted on the Crest Management homeowner portal. Homeowners should complete the requested candidate information and use one of these submission methods:
- Email: aliciag@crest-management.com
- Mail: Katy Manor Residential Community, P.O. Box 219320, Houston, TX 77218-9320
- Fax: 281-579-7062
Mail must arrive by the deadline; an October 26 postmark alone will not meet the stated receipt requirement. Homeowners using any method should leave time to confirm that their completed forms were received.
What happens after the deadline?
The board will make the appointment at an open board meeting, with notice to owners. A date for that meeting has not been announced. The appointee will serve the remaining term through the 2027 Annual Meeting.
For questions about the forms or submission process, contact Katy Manor Community Manager Alicia G. at Crest Management at 281-945-4712. Her contact information is also listed on Crest's official Katy Manor community page.
