Katy Manor HOA Board to Consider 2027 Assessment, Budget at Oct. 12 Zoom Meeting
Katy Manor homeowners will get an early look at decisions that could affect next year’s HOA finances and board structure when the Katy Manor Residential Community Board of Directors meets at 6 p.m. Monday, October 12, 2026, via Zoom. The posted agenda includes possible approval of the 2027 assessment and 2027 budget, appointment of board officer positions, and discussion about increasing the board to five members.
The meeting also gives residents a scheduled homeowner forum and a chance to track how the board plans to handle financial review, governance changes and enforcement matters heading into 2027. After executive session, the agenda lists open-session action on collection matters, foreclosure actions, deed restriction enforcement actions and fines.
