Katy Manor residents have a date to turn unused household items into a neighborhood-wide sale before the holidays. The fall community garage sale runs Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Residents who want to sell can set up in their own driveways; there is no participation fee or registration requirement. Shoppers from beyond Katy Manor are welcome.

Because the sales are spread among homes, there is no single checkout area or central sale site. Shoppers can visit participating driveways throughout the neighborhood during the six-hour window. Individual households decide what to offer, so the association has not provided a merchandise list or a map of seller addresses.

For Residents Planning to Sell

A little work before Saturday can make the early start easier. Sort items into groups, mark prices clearly and set aside small bills for change if accepting cash. Tables can keep smaller goods visible; a clear path through the driveway lets visitors browse without stepping into the street. Keep personal belongings that are not for sale out of the display area.

The community asks sellers to clear tables, signs and unsold items from driveways and sidewalks by the end of the day. Planning where leftovers will go before the sale begins will make that cleanup simpler. Residents do not need to register first or pay to participate.

The sale begins at 7 a.m., so early visitors can start making stops then; homes may have different selections. Bring a reusable bag for smaller purchases and be considerate of driveways, sidewalks and neighborhood traffic while moving from home to home.
