Johnson Development Announces Amenity Complex Coming to Jubilee in Northwest Harris County
Next summer, the Jubilee neighborhood in northwest Harris County will welcome Johnson Development's latest amenity complex: the Jubilee Joy Hub. Spanning 4.8 acres, this vibrant space is thoughtfully designed to foster community, featuring a variety of facilities, including a large pool and a co-working area.
The Phase 1 development is set to include an 11,000-square-foot pool aimed at all ages, with a climbing wall and interactive play surfaces. Additional water fun will be provided by a 2,000-square-foot splash pad, destined to be a hit with younger residents. Remote workers haven't been forgotten either, with a 1,000-square-foot co-working space accompanied by a coffee bar providing a suitable environment for productivity. Completing the Phase 1 offering, a 7,200-square-foot event lawn will provide a venue for food trucks, community events, and local vendors, becoming a spot for gatherings, celebrations and community bonding.
