Holiday Lights & Decorations
Please remember that all holiday lights/decorations must be removed by the end of January. Thank you for your cooperation.
Perimeter Fence Project Phase 2
Phase two of the brick fence project will begin in January 2022. Brick fence will replace the concrete panel fences. The enxt section being replaced will be along Gaston Road.
Tennis Court Lighting
We are aware of recent reports of dim lighting at the tennis court. We are working with the vendor to bring the lighting to the appropriate brightness as soon as possible, pending availability of supplies and scheduling.
Streetlight Outage on Seven Meadows Parkway
The HOA is aware of the outage of streetlights along one side of Seven Meadows Parkway. Management and Board Members have contacted Centerpoint many times in an effort to resolve this issue that reportedly involves a repair due to damage to lines. Please feel free to join our efforts to report the outage and any other streetlight outages here. It is important to note the 6 digit number on the poles when reporting a street light outage.
