Inwood Park to Host 2025 Annual HOA Meeting on May 12 – What Residents Need to Know
The Inwood Park Neighborhood Association will hold its 2025 Annual Meeting of Members on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will take place at the Lakeside Trails Clubhouse, located at 16125 Country Fair Lane, Cypress, TX 77433.
This yearly gathering is an important event where Inwood Park homeowners can stay informed, voice their thoughts, and help shape the future of the neighborhood. A key purpose of the meeting is the election of two directors to the HOA Board, each serving a two-year term. In addition to election results, the meeting agenda includes updates from board members and Crest Management, a review of the prior year’s minutes, a financial report, a community overview, and a homeowner open forum.
Why Residents Should Participate
Participating in HOA board elections and attending the annual meeting helps ensure resident voices are heard and represented. With only a 10% quorum required, every vote counts. This is also a valuable opportunity for residents to hear updates on neighborhood operations and finances, and to share feedback directly with board members and the management team.
The open forum portion of the meeting provides a welcoming space for residents to raise questions, offer suggestions, or simply learn more about how the HOA functions. It’s also a chance to meet neighbors and stay connected with what’s happening in Inwood Park.
