Image360 Katy: A Testament to Homegrown Entrepreneurship

Image360 Katy: A Testament to Homegrown Entrepreneurship

April 10 2024

Founded in 2007, Image360 Katy has been a staple for business signage and marketing needs in the Houston and Katy areas. But its journey took an interesting turn in September 2023, when Jennifer LaFleur and family brought fresh new eyes to the already established enterprise.

Having spent a decade in corporate marketing and five years owning a digital marketing business, Jennifer, a Katy-native and graduate from Taylor High School, found Image360’s franchise business model familiar. The experience of her sister-in-law's father, owner of a successful Image360 in Lake Charles, LA, eased her into the brand. “We knew the brand well after 18 years of knowing her (sister-in-law's) father, and we are here to stay in Katy,” shared Jennifer.

Jennifer's passion for helping local businesses get a strong footing in the market, combined with her husband David’s 15 years of experience in purchasing, allowed them to breathe new life into Image360 Katy. “For any business to succeed, they must have impactful marketing that makes sense for their budget. That's what I love most about this, and why I chose the Image360 brand to stand behind,” Jennifer said.

But what truly sets Image360 apart from other signage companies? According to Jennifer, it is their commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs and goals. "While we make signs, we are more than that. We see ourselves as an extension of our clients' businesses. We help them design quality signs that effectively showcase their business, enabling them to drive more traffic," explained Jennifer.

With their service offerings ranging from exterior storefront signs, window graphics and decals, vehicle wraps to electrical signs, and reception desk signs, Image360 Katy indeed has a wide spectrum of solutions to offer.

Image360’s ribbon cutting ceremony with the Katy Area Chamber on April 4th demonstrated their commitment to supporting local businesses. Matthew Ferraro, President and CEO of the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce, commended Jennifer and her family on their venture, saying, "With their strong background and dedication, we are excited to watch Image360 continue to make significant contributions to our community."

As busy parents of two young girls and active supporters of nonprofits, Jennifer and David continue to make time for their business. When asked about the possibility of opening other Image360 locations, Jennifer playfully hinted, "Not right now, but maybe one day!"

Homegrown entrepreneurship, family involvement, and a genuine desire to aid local businesses make Image360 Katy a unique player in the signage industry. As the LaFleurs continue this venture, one thing is certain - their love for their hometown and commitment to their clients will shine as brightly as their signs.
