On January 1, 2023, annual dues for 2023 in the amount of $648 per household were due. Perhaps you haven't paid your 2023 dues yet? Your community management team is here to help.
In November 2022, the Association statements were mailed to all residents to provide an opportunity for residents to pay a designated amounts towards their annal dues before the deadline on January 31, 2023. On February 1, 2023, all unpaid dues went into the collections process, which adds fees on top of your annual dues.
f you would like to establish a payment plan, residents are welcome to contact the onsite community manager, Angela Rivera, at angela.rivera@associa.us. Keep in mind the terms of the payment plan agreement include a monthly payment plan fee and the association’s monthly interest. Residents are encouraged to pay annual assessments on time to prevent receiving late fees and interest charges to your account.
