Harris County Sheriff's Office to Host Summer Camp for High School Students

This summer, the Harris County Sheriff's Office will be hosting their first annual PAL & Firefighter Youth Camp, slated to run from July 31 through August 2 at the Harris County ESD No. 48 Administration Building.
The youth camp is open to all High School students ages 14-18 years. All attendees will be provided with a unique insight into life as a Police Officer and Firefighter and will have the opportunity to take part in a fun-filled, three-day camp of physical training, classes and Police/Firefighter activities. The youth will also have the chance to ask questions, train, and interact with various officers and firefighters.
The deadline to register your child is Friday, June 23, 2023. Limited space is available, so act soon before all of the available slots are filled. Please email the Harris County Sheriff's Office Community Engagement Division at communityengagementdiv@sheriff.hctx.net to inquire about the program or to register your child. Parents, guardians and caregivers should be aware that transportation is not provided, and location drop off/pickup is required.
