Please join us Saturday, October 15 at 10 am for the H-TOWN Family Palooza to celebrate the opening of the El Franco Lee Public Service Plaza at 1201 Congress St..
Bring your family and friends to an outdoor event to enjoy live music by MANGO PUNCH!, kid-friendly activities through Street Olympics, and NCAA Final Four activities, games, and prizes.
Hosted by Mayor Sylvester Turner, Commissioner Adrian Garcia, and us at Precinct One, this event will also highlight the projects that Harris County is completing downtown and the work being done to transform this area into a vibrant community space.

From Family Palooza, families may also head to Downtown Houston for the Street Art for Mankind: Downtown Art Market featuring an art show and mural tour for Big Art. Bigger Change.
There will be a double-decker bus tour departing from Family Palooza at 1PM for a tour of the murals and returning to El Franco Lee Plaza.
