Sidewalk Repairs
Recently, several sidewalk areas across Lakemont were repaired to enhance pedestrian safety, aesthetics and long-term sustainability for our walkways.
Boosted Police Presence
In December, the Lakemont community management team hired a motorcycle cop to enforce traffic stops over the Christmas Break. This helped to deter potential traffic violations that could have potentially threatened the safety of our residents, both vehicular and pedestrian travelers.
Pool Readiness Planning
Your dedicated community management team are going to discuss several action items at our next meeting for the upcoming pool season, such as replacing the slide at our main pool, replacing the Funbrella at our second pool and minor repairs at both pool houses to ensure we are ready for pool a fun, safe pool season.
