Friendly Reminder: Cross Creek Ranch Annual Assessments Due January 1st

Hey there, neighbors! Hope this message finds you enjoying all the perks of our beloved community. Just a friendly reminder that our annual assessments are due on January 1st. This contribution goes a long way in ensuring our amenities (like the pools, fitness center, recreational complexes, and lakes) stay top-notch and our landscapes continually bloom. We all share this commitment, so let's make sure we're on the ball!

If you haven't spotted a statement in your mail yet, give our friends at C.I.A. Services a shout and they'll get you all sorted out. You can easily make a one-time payment online, or spread out your payments, with e-Check or credit/debit card options on the My Cross Creek app under the “Pay Assessment” tab. Don't have the app? Just remember, while it's great to split up payments, the full assessment is due by January 1st and becomes overdue after January 31st. If you'd like to set up a payment arrangement, reach out to C.I.A. Services by January 31st to avoid any penalties. Keep in mind, setting up recurring payments online doesn't count as a payment arrangement. These need to be set up separately with C.I.A. Services.
