Fines to be Assessed for Late Payment

We still have a large number of homeowners who have not paid their annual assessment for 2022. The last reminder letter from the NCCIA has gone out, and the next letter you receive will be from our law firm. There will be an additional $100 fee associated with the attorney letter, so please pay your assessment ASAP.
