Fast-Casual Mediterranean Restaurant CAVA Coming to Copperfield in Houston
Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant, CAVA, is coming to the Copperfield area. Taking residence in the former Jamba Juice location at 7017 Hwy 6 N, in front of Sprouts Farmers Market and close to the new 7 Brew drive-thru coffee shop, the space will be transformed into an all-new CAVA restaurant.
The renovation work, expected to complete by late September 2024, will include demolition, a fresh installation of kitchen equipment, restrooms along with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. This new Copperfield store will join CAVA's nearly 20 existing locations spread across the Greater Houston Area. The chain's most recent location opened its doors on July 15, 2024, marking Katy's second CAVA outlet.
Three long-time friends, Ike Grigoropoulos, Chef Dimitri Moshovitis, and Ted Xenohristos, founded CAVA, grounded in the Mediterranean way of life. They, along with Brett Schulman, brought CAVA to life in 2010, creating a restaurant brand that honors Mediterranean traditions, where good food equals connection.
