As your Homeowners Association Board, our goal is to ensure our community's tranquility and quality of life. We appreciate constructive feedback from our residents, as it allows us to improve our community. Recently, some concerns were raised about contractors causing noise disturbances in Lakes on Eldridge.
We understand this can be quite inconvenient and we are committed to finding the best solutions for our residents. We are taking steps to tighten our entry control, which includes implementing quick-arm gates at Tanner entrances. We believe that these updated security measures will help mitigate these issues.
However, it is important to understand that it is challenging to completely control contractor's admittance, especially when they may tailgate into our community. This brings us to the heart of the matter, which we need your help to address.
Ultimately, the noise control lies in the hands of our homeowners. In an effort to extend courtesy to your neighbors, we ask that homeowners communicate to their contractors about our community rules to minimize noisy disturbances caused by contractors in the neighborhood. Let's all do our part to ensure our community remains peaceful and comfortable for all residents.
