Cypress and Northwest Houston Restaurants Step Up for Eat Drink HTX 2026 and the Houston Food Bank

January 12 2026

Foodies in Cypress and Northwest Houston are in for a flavorful treat this February—and their meals will help feed those in need. From February 15 through February 28, 2026, local restaurants will take part in the fifth annual Eat Drink HTX, a two-week culinary celebration that supports the mission of the Houston Food Bank.

Produced by The Cleverley Stone Foundation, Eat Drink HTX is a more casual counterpart to the well-known Houston Restaurant Weeks. It was created to highlight fast-casual and neighborhood restaurants during a season when business tends to dip. The event allows local diners to enjoy affordable two-course meals, while participating restaurants donate a portion of each meal sold to help combat food insecurity in the Greater Houston area.

“This marks the fifth year The Cleverley Stone Foundation will produce Eat Drink HTX,” said Katie Stone, daughter of founder Cleverley Stone. “The event not only boosts sales during a typically slow period, but also allows the Houston Food Bank to expand its reach and serve more families in our community."

Affordable Dining for a Cause

Eat Drink HTX offers fixed-price menus at $15 for brunch and lunch and $25 for dinner. With each purchase, $0.50 to $1is donated to the Houston Food Bank, which serves 18 counties across southeast Texas through more than 1,600 community partners and programs. Since its founding, the Houston Food Bank has distributed over 140 million nutritious meals annually to residents in need.

“Eat Drink HTX is a great way for Houstonians to have a great meal while supporting the Houston Food Bank,” said Brian Greene, president/CEO of the organization. “Funds raised through this event will enable us to source more nutritious food for area families facing food insecurity."
