Katy ,TX
Katy Manor's free Fall Festival is set for Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Katy Manor Park - North. The afternoon is open to all ages, with field games for kids and families, crafts, a gratitude tree and a photo backdrop.
A fire truck visit from Waller-Harris ESD 200 is planned. Emergency calls take priority, so the visit depends on the crew's availability that afternoon.
Neighborly Chili Cook-Off
Households can enter the festival's Neighborly Chili Cook-Off, and neighbors will vote for a People's Choice winner. Entries are limited to 12 total, one per household. Registration closes Sunday, November 15.
Residents who want to compete can use the festival participation form. The same form is available to people interested in volunteering, sponsoring the festival or participating as a vendor. Attendance is free.
RSVP and weather plan
Attendees can RSVP through the festival's Facebook event and check it for directions or schedule updates.
The designated rain date is Saturday, November 28. Residents should watch for an organizer update if weather affects the November 21 plans.
