The Fall Community Garage Sale, hosted by Keep Katy Beautiful, is set for Saturday, November 1, 2025, and residents across the City of Katy—including those in Woodcreek Reserve—are gearing up to participate in this twice-a-year community tradition that blends sustainability, neighborly fun, and a little extra pocket change.
Twice annually, once in spring and once in fall, Keep Katy Beautiful invites residents to join a citywide effort that promotes the “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle & Rebuy” mindset. The result? Dozens of neighborhood garage sales popping up across Katy—all on one day—offering a perfect excuse to explore the area, support local households, and score some great deals.
For Sellers: List Your Sale and Join the Map
If you’re a Woodcreek Reserve homeowner planning to host a sale, you must register by Tuesday, October 28 at 5:00 p.m. to be included on the official Garage Sale Map. Participation is completely free, but registration ensures shoppers can find your sale and plan their routes ahead of time.
The garage sale map will go live on Friday, October 31, just in time for savvy shoppers to grab their morning coffee and chart a course through Katy’s neighborhoods.
For Shoppers: Get Ready to Treasure Hunt
Whether you're looking for children’s toys, furniture, décor, holiday items, or gently used clothing, this is the ultimate day to hunt for bargains throughout Woodcreek Reserve and beyond. Sales happen rain or shine, and each participating household sets its own hours—so early birds and afternoon cruisers alike are welcome.
