Katy Asian Town has recently welcomed a new dining concept that brings several kitchens together under one roof.
AMA Kitchen at 23119 Colonial Parkway in Suite A6, AMA Kitchen is bringing the ghost kitchen concept with a food hall twist to the Katy area with grab-and-go eats featuring flavors from across the Asian continent. With over ten chefs showcasing cuisines from over 10 countries, AMA Kitchen makes it easy to order your favorite Asian dishes online and pickup in store, have your food delivered, or dine in their storefront.
The name “AMA Kitchen” originates from the Sanskrit and Chinese words for “mother.” In Spanish and French, “AMA” is also a symbol of “love,” invoking a sense of love, warmth, and care into AMA Kitchen concept.
Currently, AMA Kitchen features Pot Simple, Viet Bowl+, Fish & Sea, HowRU, Bao & Rice, and more. AMA Kitchen has 14 pre-built kitchen spaces with a shared walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. The core concept at AMA Kitchen is centered on sharing resources, fixtures and joint marketing that benefits all tenants.
